Strength-Based Therapy and Guidance

Many of the people I work with are going through life transitions and need guidance to shift challenge and hardship into growth and movement.

My work includes helping individuals and relationships to more deeply feel and connect with their inherent and unique resources and wisdom.

I also specialize in helping highly sensitive individuals transmute sensitivity into intelligence and strength with the help of practicing tracking, self-reflection and presence.

I have much specialized training in experiential and somatic based psychotherapies that focus on present time tracking and experiencing of locked emotional and energetic patterns held in the body and psyche, and often manifesting in repetitive and painful patterns of behaviors and relationships.

Creative inquiry into our own behavior often benefits from therapy. We tend to be critical, impatient and too close to develop perspective needed for deep, authentic and lasting change.

Conscious Communication

Conscious Communication

I specialize in guiding individuals, couples and families towards deepening their authentic relationship with self and one another.

Power struggles and conflict are an integral part of living in this world and must be negotiated emotionally, spiritually and intellectually for personal and collective growth evolution.

Willingness to self-reflect in order to deepen connection with self-knowing, and from there connect with loved ones from a perspective of intention to grow and jump out of power-struggles is an evolving process and often a difficult knot.

It is my belief that all of us need guidance to negotiate the challenge of deepening our capacity to communicate with and love ourselves and one another and that there are no easy fixes.

Deepening intimate connection with others, including partner and loved ones, is sometimes incredibly painful. But developing authentic intimate bonds in life is also incredibly rewarding.

Therapy can guide individuals, couples and family to the resources and creativity within that can truly deepen and ground willingness to tolerate and reframe conflict away from power struggle and towards satisfying connection and opportunity to grow and evolve.
